About Agastiya Biotech
Agastiya Biotech is reimagining the future of oncology with a bold vision: to develop scientifically validated, non-toxic, and highly effective therapies that are affordable and accessible to patients around the world. At the heart of this mission is AB001—our first-in-class, tumor-agnostic small molecule that represents a paradigm shift in cancer treatment.
Following a successful Phase I clinical trial with 33 patients across advanced metastatic cancers, AB001 demonstrated zero observed toxicity and rapid tumor regression within just 14 days. These results mark a promising advancement in oncology, with Phase II trials now underway across multiple cancer types including lung, pancreas, and oral cancers.
The discovery of AB001 was made possible through our proprietary P-AGI (Pillai Accelerated General Intelligence) platform—a revolutionary fusion of quantum biology, artificial intelligence, and ancient medical knowledge. This AI-accelerated engine is redefining molecular discovery and opening new therapeutic frontiers.
Founded by visionary scientist Dr. Baskaran Pillai, Agastiya Biotech believes the next generation of medicine will emerge from the convergence of timeless wisdom and transformative science. Our approach challenges the conventions of biotech to unlock safer, smarter, and more holistic cures for complex diseases.
Founder
Dr.Baskaran Pillai
Chairman, Founder
Dr. Baskaran Pillai is a visionary scientist, scholar, and inventor who bridges Eastern wisdom with Western biomedical innovation. As the founder and chairman of Agastiya Biotech, he is the lead architect behind AB001—a first-in-class, tumor-agnostic oncology therapeutic that integrates femtosecond quantum biology, pan-KRAS inhibition, immune checkpoint modulation, and epigenetic reprogramming.
A pioneer in femtomedicine, Dr. Pillai has discovered several dozen ultra-low-toxicity compounds that demonstrate non-cytotoxic profiles unlike traditional chemotherapies. His molecular discoveries target cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue, aligning with his broader goal of human-centered pharmacology.
Dr. Pillai is also a multidisciplinary innovator. He holds a PhD in Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and advanced degrees in English Literature and Comparative Religion. As a leading phenomenologist of religion, he has developed novel frameworks in mythoanalysis across global traditions.
Beyond biopharma, Dr. Pillai founded Phonemic Intelligence™️, a neuroscience-based educational method that links sound vibration with cognitive enhancement. fMRI studies have validated its effects on regions of the brain responsible for logic, math, and memory.
At the frontier of artificial intelligence, Dr. Pillai is developing “AI Intuit:Serendipity,” an innovative system that encodes Indian models of higher intelligence to simulate intuition and serendipitous discovery in research.
Dr. Pillai’s work continues to inspire a new model for science—one that merges deep tradition with disruptive technology to address humanity’s most urgent challenges.
